Here is what we've got so far....
Last things to do:
a second round of rusting (it wouldn't be a Farbfanatiker without it :) )
some last finish on some metal parts
painting the lenses
some pigment, black sooth and stuff
last varnish (i pray it won't kill the color...)
Lean back, drink some coco, make funny blast sounds while enjoying the result and then sell it.
So what's about the prospect?
Tutorials!
There are three tutorials I am working on right now, tutorials our readers wished for via email, private messages and so on.
This three will be:
Painting the White Scar Biker - Awesome army even faster than my Leman Russ
Scratching, chipping, gettin old - We love destruction
PAINting : Yellow
The last one will be the first of a series dedicated to some colors and techniques we all lost nerves on at some point of our hobby life. Star of it? Imperial Fists of cause ;)
Armies, showcase, take my soul!
As every sold piece hurts a little less, I will get professional, commissions and way more free sold stuff on ebay. Right now I am checking our German law and what should be arranged to avoid nasty accidents.
Workshops
I love to teach, I did it from school on, did it during my studies, I always enjoyed explaining stuff.
I brought people through their exams, I am sure I can bring you to a faster way of painting the big stuff.

Right now I am checking locations and work hard on my workshop concept.
Actually, I am working on that since I started the Leman Russ tutorials!
You see, big things to come and I am really looking forward to a dream coming true.

AntwortenLöschenWie schon beim letzten mal geschrieben etwas zu gelb, da fehlt noch bisches etwas was das gelb Unterbricht.
Was mir noch nicht so gefällt sind die Ketten und die Auspuff Endstücke, sie wirkken nicht rostig sondern wie silberne teile die gewashed wurden.
Was du noch machen könntest wäre etwas Ruß bei den Schlitzen der Auspuffabdeckungen. Hoffe du kannst mit dem Feedback etwas anfangen.

AntwortenLöschenJa der Rost...sieht schon seltsam aus. Eigentlich müsst ichs mit vielen verschiedenen Pigmenten machen, wie damals beim Brobus aber ich fand das dann beim Tallarner Leman Russ sogar für mich zu rostig, sah irgendwie nichtmehr nach fahrbar aus. Die Metallteile sind momentan noch mein großes Problem.
Wahrscheinlich müsst ich mich einfach mal hinsetzen und die tmm malen aber da ist dann immer der innere Schweinehund.
Ich werd heut nochmal meine Bücher und Zeitungen zu rate ziehen und wahrscheinlich mal Schlamm für die Ketten ausprobieren, hatte da was mit Gips/Pigment/Farbmischung gelesen.
Der Ruß kommt auf jeden Fall noch wenn ich mir sicher bin, dass die Rostfahnen durchgetrocknet sind (hab letzte Nacht die zweite Schicht gemacht)
Kann auf jeden Fall mit dem Feedback was anfangen und freu mich jedesmal !
Was evtl gut aussehen könnte wäre die Auspuffenden in Scroched Brown bemalen, die Löcher Schwarz lassen und dann noch etwas mit hellen Rostpigmenten verfeinern.
AntwortenLöschenKetten evtl auch mal mit Scorched Brown (oder ganz dunkles grau) bemalen, dann AK Track Wash drüber, mit Erdfarbenen Pigmenten Staub/Schlamm andeuten am Ende mit Metal Pigmenten oder Bleistift den Kanten einen Metallglanz verleihen
Ja genau dabei bin ich auch gelandet beim F.A.Q. durchblättern, das wird heut Nacht erledigt.
AntwortenLöschenUrsprünglich war ich damit fürn Spielpanzer zufrieden, da der sich jetzt aber doch gemausert hat (und aufm Golden Vinci einrollen will) kriegt er nochmal ne Nachbehandlung an den Ketten.
